How do I pay?

You can pay by M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. Bookings are confirmed as soon as payment clears.

Can I cancel a booking?

Most stays, cars and tours can be cancelled free up to 48 hours before arrival. The cancellation window is shown on every listing before you pay.

Are park fees included?

Tour prices include park and conservancy fees. Attraction tickets show resident and non-resident rates separately.

Do you handle group and corporate travel?

Yes. Send us your dates and group size and we will put together a single itinerary with one invoice.
